Empowering congregations to embrace change and serve communities

I like to work with congregations that have arrived at a moment of change.

  • Congregations that recognize that their end is near, and want to die in a way that is faithful to their mission

  • Congregations that have become stagnant and feel like they are missing something

  • Churches who realize they are called to better serve their communities but they don’t know how

Congregational Consulting

Helping Churches to

  • Die With Meaning and Purpose

  • Discern Transitions

  • Engage & Serve Their Communities

As a congregational scholar and practitioner, I bring an interdisciplinary lens to this work that bridges research, ministry, and community engagement. I hold a PhD in Sociology, an MSW in Congregational & Community Social Work, and I am an ordained clergy, experiences that together shape a practice grounded in both analytical insight and pastoral wisdom. My work focuses on helping congregations interpret their realities, navigate complex change, and make decisions that honor their history while positioning their resources to serve their communities well. I approach each engagement as both a facilitator and a partner –bringing structure, clarity, and care to conversations that matter deeply.

The consulting process begins with a conversation and initial assessment.

If you are interested in starting a conversation, please fill out this form. Tell me a little about yourself, your congregation and what you are hoping for.
